​Creative Art Program

Students are exposed to a variety of art mediums from paint to ceramics, collage to installation art. The program includes all materials, guided lessons and art exploration. Your gift will also co-sponsor the St. Clair Butterfly Foundation Annual Art Exhibition.*

 

Nutrition & Health Awareness Program

Students will learn how to prepare quick, affordable healthy meals, a positive mindset, and an overall sense of wellness for mind, body and soul. The program includes all materials, guided lessons and healthy recipes. 

 

Yoga Program

Trained instructor introduces students to the fundamentals of yoga. A combination of physical movement, progressive relaxation, deep breathing, visualization, and stretching all help to rebalance the internal energy, relieve stress, and develop coping. The program includes all sessions, trained instructor and a yoga mat for each participant to continue practice at home.

 

Music

This program focuses specifically on drumming as a means of self-expression, self-esteem building, stress-relief and anger management. Program includes shared equipment and guided lessons.

 

Seeds for Growth Program

Students will learn the value of delayed gratification, nurture, hard work, dedication, and teamwork, among other life skills. This program includes trained instruction, installation of raised bed garden, seeds/seedlings, and equipment.

This program not only provides troubled youth the seeds for growth, but

also promotes growth of the surrounding community.

*Opportunity for naming rights of Garden and signage with donation of $2,500+
